Complete powdered product with cocoa and raspberry juice for making various confectionery recipes, such as simple cakes, meringues, muffins, pies, tarts, cookies, etc.

PROCEDURE
Mix all ingredients and beat with a paddle at low speed for approximately 4 minutes.
Pour into molds or trays that have been previously greased with non-stick spray.
Cakes, centerpieces, pies, cupcakes and muffins:
- Rectangular: 350 g of mass;
- Round ones with a hole (Ø 18 cm): 550 g;
- Muffins / Cupcakes: 80 g.
To cook:
- Rectangular and Round Shapes: ± 180 °C, ± 40 to 45 minutes;
- Pies: ± 180 °C, ± 30 minutes;
- Pies: ± 230 °C, ± 8 minutes;
- Tulips, muffins or cakes: ± 220 °C, ± 18 to 20 minutes
COOKIES:
Remove the dough from the mixer and roll it into a log.
Divide into portions of approximately 30g and tenderize into balls.
Place on a baking sheet that has been previously greased with non-stick spray. or lined with parchment paper or silicone.
Bake at approximately 230°C for approximately 8 minutes.
Yield: Approximately 52 cookies.
