Exchanges, Returns, and Cancellations

Return Period

Consumers have the right to return their order within 14 days from the date they take physical possession of the goods or, in the case of multiple items ordered in a single order and delivered separately, from the date they take physical possession of the last item, without having to provide any reason.

Return Conditions

Returns are not accepted for personalized, made-to-order, or perishable products, including items from seasonal collections such as Valentine's Day, Christmas, Easter, and similar occasions, whenever they fall within these categories.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which it was sold, in its original packaging, showing no signs of opening or use, and accompanied by all accessories included with the product. Products that have been used or are not in their original packaging cannot be returned.

How to Request a Return, Exchange, or Order Cancellation

To request an exchange, return, or cancellation, customers should:

  1. Select the "Exchanges, Returns and Cancellations" option in the footer of the online store.
  2. They will be redirected to their customer account, where they can access their orders.
  3. Within each order, simply click the Cancel button if the order has not yet been processed, or the Return/Exchange button if the order has already been processed.

To make a return or exchange, you may also visit the Gulodice Cake Design Store physical shop, presenting the corresponding invoice, delivery note, and proof of identification (Citizen Card or equivalent identification document).

Shipping costs associated with returns are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return results from a shipping error or a defective product. The value of the returned items will be refunded after receipt and inspection of the products' condition.
