This cream is characterized by the fresh taste of whipped cream and the sweetness of an egg custard, all in one product.
Suitable for decorating and filling all types of cakes and pastries.

Ingredients: Sugar, dehydrated glucose syrup, hydrogenated vegetable fat, milk solids, modified starch, emulsifiers (E471, E472a), thickener (E401), stabilizers (E340, E341, E339, E450, E516), flavoring, anti-caking agent E551, colorings E102, E110.

Method of application: Place 250g of Russian Cream in a mixer, add 250g/ml of water or milk. Mix all ingredients well at medium speed for 3 minutes.
